I’ve been living at this complex for 10+ years with my family. These last few months we’ve been receiving a lot of snow. I understand we’re not used to having 2 feet of snow… but this is ridiculous. This maintenance company plows the snow so poorly. Currently right now, there’s a hill, at the end of my walkway, the size of a 4’10 woman. And I’m not even exaggerating. I’ve seen a lot of my neighbors having shovel their own walkway. Which is crazy. Not too long ago, my neighbor’s car was packed in by snow & ice. & maintenance refused to help him. What exactly are the residents paying for? I know i can’t be the only person complaining about this negligence. I just want better for my family, neighbors, and I. Smh.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m very happy with my decision to move here. From the beginning, the process was handled professionally, and the transition into my new apartment was smooth. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and quiet, and it genuinely feels like a place I can call home. I appreciate the sense of peace and normalcy this community provides. It’s made a big difference for me. Management has been responsive and respectful, and I feel supported as a resident. Overall, this has been a positive experience, and I’m grateful to be here. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-maintained, calm place to live.
I have been happy here I moved into a newly renovated 2 bed 2.5 bath. The maintenance guys are very quick and responsive and the office staff is exceptional in their professionalism and approach to any issues. I have a one car garage to park however aside from that parking is not very difficult in the open parking in the complex. I have a great neighbor downstairs and ai like that it’s two units per lobby door. The walls are definitely a little thin but nothing a sound machine or your TV doesn’t block out. The property is clean and there is a pool in the development and laundry is the only thing that doesn’t make it 100% laundry is on the premises in laundry room next to every few units. Overall it’s a great town and neighborhood we moved for the high school so yes awesome school district!
The laundry rooms are filthy, multiple machines don’t work, and there are obvious fire hazards that management has repeatedly ignored. There is exposed wiring, heavy lint and dust buildup behind machines, and clear safety risks. These issues have been reported over and over. Nothing gets fixed. This isn’t just poor maintenance — it’s negligence. Common areas are supposed to be safe and functional. Instead, residents are left dealing with unsanitary conditions and potential fire risks. In general Management as a whole is very disappointing. Management sent out emails acknowledging that the recent snowstorm created “difficult conditions,” but despite claiming they were “working continuously” to clear roadways, sidewalks, and entry points, multiple residents — including myself — were unable
I am extremely disappointed with how this complex handles snow removal. After a significant snowstorm, the roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and entryways were left in unsafe condition for far too long. While management sends out emails asking for “patience,” the reality is that residents still have to get to work, walk their pets, and safely access their vehicles. Instead of taking accountability, the leasing office blames residents for calling and asking questions, saying it “slows down operations.” That response feels dismissive and unprofessional. For the amount residents pay to live here, basic safety and timely snow removal should not be an afterthought. Poor planning for winter weather and lack of urgency make it clear that resident safety is not a priority
