Eagle Rock Apartments

I recently had the pleasure of touring Eagle Rock Apartments and was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and care shown by the property manager Katie. She took the time to show me around on two separate occasions, answering all my questions with patience and providing detailed, thoughtful information. Throughout the process, her approach was incredibly well-organized and considerate. The touring experience was top-notch, and Katie is the most thoughtful and well-prepared, and considerate property manager I encountered during my apartment search this time.

Having to sell my house and move rather quickly due to a quick close was overwhelming and daunting. Katie and her team quickly set my anxiety to rest. They have been helpful and made the transition smooth as silk. The park like setting is maintained beautifully and the team has made sure that everything in the apartment is in perfect working order. If you are looking for a home to move to look no further.

We've lived here for a year and it's been great! Facilities are always clean. When things break the management company takes care of it right away and keeps you informed throughout the process. Management is constantly working to improve the complex. Neighbors are so nice, perfect for families and pets! We got here as new management took over the property and Katie and the team are the best!

Eagle Rock is a very quiet community, with lots of green space perfect for relaxing walks. Need to thank Goldberg Realty for responding quickly to most of our needs. Specially to Katie, the manager. She is always there for the residents, she is professional and efficient, projects get done as schedule. Her human nature gives residents a sense of trust and security.Wilson, the super, is a hardworking man, very respectful and you see him always around responding to our needs, even if late. Thank you for making our community an enjoyable place to live.!!

Ashley was excellent at helping us with the moving process! She was informative, very friendly, and she loves her job! I've been at Eagle Rock for about a month now, and emergencies are handled immediately (I already have had one)! You can pay your rent via a portal which makes it so much easier than having to get a money order. A 1 bedroom is a little small for two people, but you learn to make it work if you come in with a plan. WE LOVE that Ashley made the appropriate accommodations for us, such as new appliances and updating room colors. This place is also a plus because it is dog friendly! I've waited a little for this review because I wanted it to be honest. Also, no critter problems, as that would have been a breaking point! The only downside, I would say, is limited visitor spots,
