Villas At Eagle Ridge

My first day living here Danielle's toddler bit my ankle while I was sitting on my front porch eating lunch. The HOA members are also extremely rude telling and yelling at me about not being allowed to throw raw eggs at my neighbors. I started my second day by having breakfast outside just to have Danielle's toddler bite my ankle again. To solve this problem I yelled HARRASMENT! And punted the toddler into the sun. This did not go over well with the HOA. 1/5 stars, do not live under a HOA.

We have lived here more than three years, and I still marvel at how beautiful it is here. Our toddler and preschooler have so much to do with the pools and playground. Some days we don't even leave the complex! My husband and I exercise in the gym and play on the tennis courts. It's like being on permanent vacation. During the winter, the snow is immediately removed. I've even heard them shoveling at 3am, just so the residents can get to work easily. The landscaping is gorgeous, with flowers during the spring, mums for the fall, and holiday decorations in the winter. Our neighbors are so friendly and nice, it's like living on a 1950's TV set. I love the convenience of Essex Green right across the street, allowing us to occasionally walk to Shop Rite or the AMC Theatre. Being so clos

As I sit here without electricity for the second time in three months, I have questioned my purchasing of this place. From psychotic neighbors who stalk you, to security guards who gossip amongst the residents, if I were you, I would look else where. The place is on property manager number 4 since I purchased it in 2021. The place is beautiful, but lacks effective management. HOA members are a joke and a waste of time and human space. I will never again purchase another HOA property as long as I live.

We contacted Eagle Ridge Villas initially based on positive online reviews, and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the process. I love it here. Landscaper are nice. They take care of me all year around. They took me to the hospital in a snow storm to deliver my second child. A memory that will all ways be remembered. Tony's a A Hole.
