We worked with Rich Mair for a few months trying to find our first home in New Jersey. He was patient, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Agent Kevin Mickens is personable, professional, and responsive. He knows the market. He knows, from a seller's and buyer's perspective, what makes a good deal and what will close a deal. Using the market analysis, his personal knowledge of the area, and our input, we decided on a listing price. Then, as Kevin suggested, prospective buyers were allowed to tour our house while we were readying it for sale--painting, changing hardware and fixtures, landscaping. An above listing offer came within 4 days! Although that offer did not workout, it confirmed the listing price and market we in our favor.
