When I visited the reserve Three or four months ago, I fell in love with it .the amenities the leasing agents were all amazing. I had many other Locations that I was looking into including North Carolina, New Jersey and just before I sold my home in Nanuet I returned here for a last visit to see if I wanted and would be eligible to live here. Whoever said that money may buy you the house, but It can’t buy you a home, clearly hasn’t been to a BNE property before. I mean besides Beautiful apartments and amenities, Everyone just feels like part of one big happy family. our most devoted leasing manager Jess, always with a bright smile and positive energy makes you feel at home knowing, whatever you’ll need, she’ll be there for you. Our head of maintenance guy, isn’t your average joe, he’s a real gentleman and would always make himself available at your convenience. Any work that has to be done he does with passion as if it were his own apartment. We love you Joe. This is definitely the worse mgmt company i have ever dealt with the find any reason to complain if they send you a letter they have a their lawyer to send it this months later without money they add money on your rent for the attorney fee but yet they have leasing managers calling you on the phone for other stuff but cant have her write a letter. they love to make money off of their tenants which is why they cant keep any tenants in the old bridge building they are the absolute worse!!! They take ameneties away from only the affordable people they try and treat you like a child its disgusting the worse I have ever seen and I have seen alot.

Overall we are pleased with BNE. They run a great run operation. Only issue is though we acknowledge we are responsible for replacing the water filter in the fridge we found after two days of living here it needed to be replaced. Their policy is it is still our responsibility and was told other residents had the same issue. Apparently the filters life is not based on use but time installed. It was at its life when we moved in.

One @ two bedrooms & bathrooms. Very nicely done with great kitchen & large bathrooms. Also available is a den for both the one or two bedrooms apartments. Many amenities, for ex. Large great gym & exercise area. Equipment top notch. Outside pool open in summer with covered area for dining or parties! There are Mah Jong, cards, yoga rooms. 2 Virtual game rooms, billiards. Many outside and inside lounge area’s with large TV’s. Needs to be seen in person. Nothing like this anywhere!!
