Edison Lofts

We lived at Edison Lofts for over four years and truly loved our time there. The building is modern and well maintained, and the apartments are spacious, and quiet. The location is a huge plus—close to Montclair, with easy access to great dining, shopping, and entertainment. The neighborhood keeps getting better, too, with new local spots opening nearby like Cafecito and Orange Sky Coffee Roasters, which quickly became favorites. It’s nice to see the area growing. What really made our experience special was the management—especially Angelica. She is absolutely amazing: always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We toured the property today with Anthony. He was great and so personable from our first interaction!! I thought the PH loft units were gorgeous and I love that they have a sauna!

Extremely incompetent management. They will extort you for money so you can receive your mail. The appliances are all old and used. There are dents on the fridge/refrigerator. Dishwasher doesn't really clean. Washer/dryer is extremely noisy. You have to pay for parking but you don't have an assigned parking spot. You have to guess where you park yesterday for everyday you live here. When you try to enter to the parking lot, everyday is a surprise because the gates will not open for you. Almost everyday! Anthony in the leasing office will not even try to show compassion for your troubles but rather stick with script he is given while chewing his food care free.

My experience at Edison Lofts has been excellent from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with Angelica and Anthony, and they were very helpful throughout the entire process. They are super nice, helpful, and responsive—always willing to answer questions, provide updates, and guide me through each step. The building itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with great amenities and a modern feel. The staff’s professionalism and attentiveness truly set this community apart.
