This is an exceptional apartment to live at in the Webster and League City . The leasing and maintenance staff go above and beyond. After spending more than 2 years here , I can confidently affirm how rare it is to see staff that care about their tenants to the level seen here. What really stands out to me is how the management treats you. Everyone here — from the concierge to the leasing office, and even the maintenance team — is genuinely amazing. A special shout-out to Caitlin and Abby they are super friendly and did an awesome job There professionalism and warmth really set the tone for the entire community. The community is nice, quiet, and peaceful. The community is beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, and the location in the heart of webster ….unbeatable!

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The complex is well run, and the office staff is always helpful. A special thank you to Abby for her ongoing support over the years—she’s always been friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I truly appreciate everything she does.

We love living here! The property and facilities are always clean, and we feel very safe, even at night. The community is well lit, and the staff is always attentive and our service requests are always completed in a timely manner. The maintenance supervisor Edwin is awesome, he is very professional, knowledgeble, helpful and always keeps us updated on any repairs or concerns that we might have. We would definitely recommend these apartments to our friends and family. Five stars!

I've been living at this apartment complex for almost around 10+ years now. I moved here when it was originally called Emerson Park. Abby was a manager here at that time, and once Watersedge took over she was still the manager at Watersedge. Sometime around summer of 2025, I was needing to move to a bigger unit within the apartment complex, but at that time Abby was no longer the manager and it was Kemi. Kemi gave us the worst experience in 1 month which Abby had never given us in 10 years. While moving, Kemi did not care about anything except herself, she was harassing us during our move to the new unit, making minor things a major headache, which then caused us to cancel our move since she did not help us in any possible way. I absolutely love Watersedge. The moving process was so easy Amanda made it such a pleasant experience which I give her (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) just for helping us out so much. The apartment is completely renovated and so beautiful, our view is everything. 10/10 experience over all. You definitely get for what you pay for and it’s worth every penny.
