I had a Touring Palomar Apartments. The staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and happy to answer all of my questions. You can really tell that they care about the residence and take pride in the community. The property itself is beautiful well kept grounds, clean amenities and a peaceful atmosphere that instant instantly felt like home for us. Everything looked thoughtfully maintained and inviting. After my visit, Palomar definitely moved to the top of my list. Highly recommend scheduling a tour if you’re looking for a place that combines great service with a gorgeous living environment.
I really enjoy living here! The staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance always takes care of issues fast. The property is kept clean, and the neighbors are respectful. It feels like home, and I’m happy I chose this apartment. Highly recommend!
We’ve really enjoyed living here, and a big part of that is thanks to the wonderful events put together by Ashley and Hugo! They always go above and beyond to create fun, welcoming, and well-organized activities for the community. Their hard work really brings neighbors together and makes this place feel like home. We’re so grateful for all they do 😇 God bless!
My boyfriend and I moved here together and we just love the complex! Selena in the office helped us with everything from the tour to signing our lease and moving in, she is so kind and extremely helpful with the whole process. Maintenance at the complex is also very efficient they fixed any issue we had the next day and were in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Love the location and overall safeness of the area. The event coordinators Ashley and Hugo are such an amazing addition! They have come along and made it feel like an actual community. They put a lot of care into the events they plan. The apartment amenities could be better and we should be given more access to the clubhouse. We were also told there was a playground which is not it at all. It’s a few swings. Overall enjoy my stay. We’ve been residents for 2 years
