Recently i moved out of this complex after living there for 4 years. The maintenance team was amazing, any request was quickly solved. Front office people were extremely friendly and always willing to help you. The laundry room is a nightmare tho. On my time living there, machines were always broken down and in nasty conditions. After speaking to people in the office i was told they have a contractor who services them so they are not reponsible for it. It blew my mind that everything is so well maintained but they cannot hold their contractors up to better standards. They use to have cameras at the laundry rooms but those were ripped of at some point, at first i questioned why would someone rip off the cameras? Then my clothes got stolen from there twice… It seemed like a really nice com

I have been a resident for over a year and I have to say I truly appreciate the office manager, staff and maintenance for doing a wonderful job and always helping out anyway they can. I recently had an issue with my neighbor and the office was quick to resolve the issue and continue to help in any way that they could. They are always making sure to make the property clean and looking it's best. Because this is where I call home I really appreciate their hard work and helping me feel safe and loving the place our little community.
