We recently completed a move at McAlister Apartments, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The office staff was professional, responsive, and easy to work with, which made coordination smooth for both our crew and the resident. I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment. The unit was clean, comfortable, and located in a convenient and quiet area. What made my stay even better was the exceptional management team. They were always responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my time there. Whether it was handling maintenance requests or simply checking in to ensure everything was going well, their support made a big difference. I truly appreciated their dedication and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live.
As far as management goes, this was the best apartment community I have lived in so far. From day one, the manager Candice was awesome. All of my maintenance request were completed in a timely fashion. A few things needed tweaking but I took care of them myself. The entry gate always works and if broken it’s fixed in 24 hours or less. I wasn’t quite ready to move out on my move out date and they gave me a 3day extension without paying extra. I didn’t have a problem with parking because I worked nights. I will definitely move back here if I work in the area again.
I just move in so far I love it! The staff is very nice and Amanda really work with me along with the other ladies that work in the office ❤️❤️❤️
Love this place! The community is always nice here and feels very comforting not knowing a lot folks but they and myself are very happy here!
