Everwood

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Everwood. Their team is very kind and helpful, and has tended to my needs very well despite having their hands full. I just signed another lease here, and they were very patient and helpful with the whole process. Thank you Everwood team!

While ive lived here for a few years now and do enjoy the complex itself, the trash is outrageous. The fee is extremely high and the trash barely gets picked up. I'm being charged like $50/month to take out my own trash as a single woman living alone. They wont even let you opt out of the valet trash. Ive given up on calling the office about it because no matter how many times ive complained, nothing has changed.

I recently moved to Everwood apartments. My previous apartment's management and staff were rude, uncaring, and shady. I was thrilled to meet Crystal at Everwood. She truly cares about the residents and exceeds expectations even after move in. Crystal truly demonstrates excellent management and customer service skills.

pretty terrible management. Crystal is the worrrrrrst. Try to find someone else to go to with your issues because otherwise she will try to flip it around and make it seem like your fault. We lived in this apt complex for a year and a half and it was a constant struggle to get them to fix anything. When maintenance did come by, they would just put a bandaid over whatever the issue was. Our AC was terrible and they refused to fix it. Kept having the maintenance guy come by and stick his hand in front of the vent and tell us “it’s working, see” while our apt would get up to the 80s in the summer and our electricity bill was always over $200. They simply do not care about their tenants. Our water leaked in the kitchen sink for months and maintenance was never able to fix it. We found holes

I recently moved into the Everwood complex and I am impressed with the experience! Starting from the front office it has been smooth sailing. They offer reasonable pricing and high quality of living. The maintenance has been attentive in that time as well. The community is quiet and the area is quaint. The location works great for me and if you’re contemplating moving in I would highly recommend Everwood.
