First Impressions were not great. The process just to see the apartment took much too long, as the online system didn’t work well. Then as we’re finally preparing to take a tour a manager had the personnel to stop working with us, to work with someone else. We were given the option to just wait 30min to an hour, even after she informed us that an appointment had canceled and she was available. Time wasted and poor customer service experience.

I truly can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely willing to go out of their way to fix the issue with my fans. What really stood out was how much care they took to make sure everything was working properly and that my apartment was comfortable again not just doing the bare minimum, but going above and beyond what was expected. It’s clear they take pride in their work and actually care about the residents. I’m very grateful for their help and professionalism, and it made a big difference in my day to day living.

My husband & I love living here because we have the best support from maintenance! If we ever have an issue like how just did with our fridge, the maintenance man — Benard — is quick to help & find a solution that allows us to enjoy living life. Thank you for everything he does ☺️

From my very first inquiry while just researching options, everyone at Broadstone Baybrook has been so helpful and responsive. Downsizing from a four-bedroom house to a one-bedroom apartment was a big change, but Broadstone made it so much easier! The team, especially Ryleigh, Kelsey, and Julie, have been incredibly friendly, accommodating, and supportive, making me feel truly valued. The maintenance staff is quick, respectful, and kind. Having a storage unit on-site plus a parking garage has been such a perk. I wasn’t sure how this transition would go, but now I know I made the right choice for this chapter.

We were really excited to tour these apartments, as they initially seemed to be exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, our experience with the leasing office was disappointing. After arriving, it took an unusually long time for us to view the apartment. One staff member paused assisting us to chat with maintenance, leaving us waiting without clear communication. Another employee mentioned it was her second day, but it appeared she was not yet properly trained or supported, which further contributed to the delays. Overall, the experience felt disrespectful of our time. First impressions matter, and being told that the initial leasing agent was “going to lunch” around 3:00 PM and that someone else would assist us did not feel professional or well-coordinated.
