The office team and maintenance are very helpful. I am glad to have chosen these apartments. Amy is attentive and understanding. The maintenance team is very efficient and gets the work done well. As for the apartments you can feel the safe environment in the community, and beautiful interior.

The office team at Barringer is super kind and resourceful, especially Marissa at the front desk and Amy, who we leased through. There are not one, not two, but THREE pools, a decently large playground set, cookout area, dog park, and the apartments are really well kept up. Our unit which we have been in for a year was in great condition when we moved with only a few minor fixes needing done in the first few weeks. Maintenance is prompt and kind, and accommodating if you need to work around schedules to make fixes. The mirror closets are 🫶🏻 and we rarely have issues with power or water. The community is kind and welcoming as well, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a starter apartment in southeast Houston area!

I especially want to highlight the supervisor, who has proven to be a very professional, responsible and attentive person. He is always aware of any situation, offers quick solutions and maintains clear and cordial communication, which conveys a lot of confidence and peace of mind to the residents.The treatment received has been impeccable, making one feel heard and well taken care of. I had such an amazing experience working with Marissa, the leasing professional! From start to finish, she was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
