The ladies in the office are so nice. They work with you and are fast and knowledgeable. Our first girl was fresh at the job…only a week in and she charmed us. If you want professionalism, urgency, and down-to-earth people bundled into a small-knit, family-like environment, come talk to these ladies! Thank you Thank You THANK YOU!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. My son lives in these apartments. He had to get a rental car, they posted the information on their profile like the other vehicles. It was towed. We went into the office sense it was registered to the apartment. First the “manager” is extremely rude and not very helpful. When we asked to speak to a manager we get “she is speaking”, no greeting, no introducing herself, no may I help you, very unprofessional. She very rudely said you have to go and register as a guest. Why would a tenant think they are a guest? Then she would answer everything as “you signed for it”. That was the only response, like it was very rehearsed and they get this a lot. It's amazing, everything I wanted and more. Gia Hossen is absolutely incredible; she is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She's got a great personality and was really the deal closer. A valuable asset to the team. I'd honestly recommend giving her a raise because I'd recruit her in a heartbeat.

Super nice manager!

I really wanted to like living here, but every month brought a new issue. When I gave my notice not to renew, I was met with a terrible attitude from the office instead of understanding. My downstairs neighbor constantly smoked weed and cigarettes in their unit, which made my apartment smell awful. I complained several times, but nothing changed. On top of that, there were loud fights, broken doors and windows, and even police being called — all reported with no action taken. They now leave trash outside their door and patio and still face no consequences. The property also has pest and flooding issues. I dealt with roaches, endless mosquitoes, and even bats and flies because water would pool outside my unit every time it rained. When building #14 next to me burned down early in the year
