Washington Valley Apartments

Just moving in, love how friendly and helpful the staff is. Huge balcony, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and garage with opener at an awesome price. Wide stairways for ease of moving. Thank you!!

I absolutely loved living at Washington Valley. Out of several apartment complexes I've lived in during my adult life, this community had awesome management, very good maintenance inside & outside...(if the halls & stairways are dirty & unkept I take that as a red flag) but these guys keep the extra wide stairs up really well! And the residents are nice people! I had no problems there, I had to move last Sept, still miss that apt with my beautiful patio, garage, washer/dryer & free cable. I want it back!

Prices way way to high for what these units are. Not really the apartment fault. But people above me are constantly stomping around. Let their dog pee off the balcony and onto my little patio/on the AC unit. I confronted people above me once. Everything was good for a week. Then again dog pissing off the deck. Reported to office. As far as I nothing was or has been done. Same issues keep occurring.

if there was a 0 rating, that will be what this apt deserve, pls find a different apt cos this one ain't it,
