Washington Square Apartments

This is my first review in Google. The purpose is to strongly recommend Agnes and her apartment complex. Agnes manages Washington Sqaure Apartment very well. She is the best ever landlord we have seen. I strongly recommend her apartment to you. Reasons: (1) Agnes is very kind. We relocated from Boston to Bay Area because of a new job. We have a lot of boxes (~30) shipping from Boston. Agnes let her maintanence person to hold those boxes for us even before we move in. That is super helpful to us (2) Agnes is generous. She offers us good discount when we moved in. And she allows us to move into the apartment several days earlier than the lease. We feel the trust from her. In return, we take good care of this rental. (3) Agnes is very considerate. We first moved into 1 bedroom, but we wish t
