Huge shoutout to Danny and Alfonso from the maintenance team! I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication in helping me settle into my new place. They were incredibly responsive, quick to follow up, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. I rented out the clubhouse for my baby shower and it was a HUGE success! Friends and family gathered together and absolutely loved the space. It was super spacious, overlooked the pool, and the ambiance was beautiful. It made such a special day even more perfect!

I’m moving in with my girlfriend, and Jacks and Monique were incredibly helpful during our move-in. Everything was seamless, and they made the entire process stress-free. I absolutely love my new home!

Apartment had an issue with the refrigerator/ice maker and the most experienced, professional, and delightful service guys came and fixed the problem: Andrew and Danny.

Just want to share my frustrating experience with ants and pest issues. The other reviews mentioning the Argentine ant problem are true. The core issue seems to be that the building is made of wood, and many ants are hidden inside the wooden structure itself. The leasing office usually advises residents to schedule an appointment with their pest vendor, Okrin, who comes to place ant gel or spray the area. While this provides temporary relief, the ants always come back whenever the weather gets hotter or more humid , no matter how many treatments are done. It’s become clear to me that this is a structural problem that pest control alone cannot solve. The only real solution has been to move out.
