Park Plaza Apartments

Easily the best apartment in the bay area. Mike is easily the best and the most efficient property manager ever. Super easy to talk to, gets stuff done super quickly, no BS, straightforward. I cannot name one thing bad about this place.

We live here for 2.5 years, and really enjoy living in this apartment. Nice and well-maintained environment. Elisabeth is the best manager we have ever met. All staffs are friendly and efficiently to come to support us as we needed. Highly recommended.

Great property, clean, safe, quiet. Interactive management. Large apartments, huge storage inside. Great amenities. By far, the biggest and best apartments I saw during my tours. I highly recommend them.

This is my first apartment in the US with many good memories. The condition of the house was so clean from the beginning and all the facilities are very well maintained. They provide free coffee in the morning. Especially, I am so grateful to the head manager Mike, both as a manager and as a human being. He showed me a lot of kindness considering I was settling in a foreign country for the first time and going through a difficult time. I didn't expect to meet such a kind and respectable person in a foreign country. The management office is very important when choosing an apartment. This apartment is managed by people who are very responsive and interested in the happiness of their residents. I highly recommend it if you are considering moving in.
