Action Properties

We are working with Stephen and Terry from Action Properties to rent out our condo in downtown Mountain View. The process has been very smooth and we are feeling well taken care of. Stephen and team are super quick to respond and they have guided as in details along the way, keeping the updates coming especially as we are not able to check on the place ourselves. Very much looking forward to continuing working with Action Properties!

Had a smoothest experience while looking for a new home in Mountain View. Stephen was very responsive and organized the process flawlessly. Terry did a great job preparing the unit for the move-in so I can enjoy the place right away. Hands down the best interaction with the property management company I ever had. The company is using a lot of convenient tech tools and the management platform for the paperwork, screening and maintenance, which also makes things much easier and straightforward.

I worked with Dedy Efendi and his team at Action Properties for almost 20 years, managing a rental property through times of economic crisis, pandemic, and all the way through to selling (for full asking price) this past year. Dedy was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout; always super responsive, professional, competent, efficient. I lived literally on the opposite side of the country and even overseas during that time, and I never felt ill at ease. I cannot recommend Action Properties highly enough!
