Greendale Apartments

Greendale is the best apartment community for peaceful living. Neighbours are courteous, and considerate. Both the Apartment managers Jovice and Amy are friendly and prompt at addressing resident requests. Landscaping is out of the world. The greenery and shade attracts lots of birds , squirrels and ducks to play around creating a calming atmosphere. In short this is a dream I don’t want to wake up from. Except, I keep waking up every night because of the weed smell. Sometimes it just engulfs the entire apartment in the middle of the night when we keep the windows open. It has caused us sleep deprivation and has affected our quality of life. It is a smoke free community only on paper. Not one bit ideal if you have kids.

I had a fantastic experience living at Greendale Apartments! The community really goes the extra mile to bring residents together — they recently hosted a fun and lively taco party right here at 1200 Dale Ave, Mountain View. The event was well-organized with delicious food, friendly neighbors, and a warm atmosphere under the trees. Events like these truly make it feel like home. Highly recommend Greendale Apartments for anyone looking for a welcoming and vibrant place to live!

Greendale is a great apartment. I have been living here for 3 months and it has been a wonderful experience. The environment is similar to Japanese garden so I really enjoy it. All of my friends admire Greendale whenever they visit. Jovice is one of the nicest manager I have ever met. Overall, Greendale is awesome.

I’ve been living here for four years now, and it’s been a great experience—especially for families with kids. The apartment community is very child-friendly. They regularly organize fun events like Easter egg hunts and Halloween parties, which my daughter really enjoys. Last year, there was even a taco party that brought a lot of neighbors together. It was a great way to connect with the community. The management is excellent. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and always provide professional service. Both the current manager and the maintenance engineer are kind, reliable, and very attentive. I’m really satisfied with how well the apartment is maintained overall. The location is also ideal for families. The elementary school is easily accessible—less than a 10-minute bike ride

Greendale Apartments is a gem in the heart of Mountain View. Quiet, walkable neighbourhood with lots of trees. Close to different restaurants, shops, schools, clinics, urgent care and a good hospital. The leasing office staff are very welcoming and helpful including the maintenance staff who gets job done in a very timely manner. Tenants feel safe and secure here with security around after hours and cctv monitoring outdoors. All in all this is probably one of the best neighbourhoods we’ve been in as tenants.
