Palo Alto Plaza

The apartment complex is very well managed and maintained. The location is amazing: easy access to groceries, select restaurants, Caltrain, and bus stops. And yet, safely tucked-in to avoid traffic noise. The amenities are also top-notch! Bryan and Weston are easily accessible and quick to act for any leasing or maintenance needs.

After calling Palo Alto Plaza home for four years, I cannot recommend this community enough! It is a truly beautiful place that is impeccably well-maintained, but more importantly, it felt like a safe and happy home for me the entire time I lived there. A huge shoutout to the manager, Bryan, who is truly exceptional. He is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I had a question or concern, he handled it with grace and efficiency. The maintenance staff also deserves a 5-star rating. They always greet you with a smile in the hallways and handle service requests incredibly fast. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel so looked after. I’m sad to leave such a wonderful environment, but I'm so grateful for the experience!

Update: Have spent two most wonderful years here. I love the apartment and the community so much! It’s a place with a home definition. Everyone is so friendly and the maintenance the managers are super helpful all the time. I will miss it so much! Have moved in for two weeks. Really love my new apartment! Quiet on the top floor, good sunlight, and a tree view. It has a nice and super convenient neighborhood. Walking distance to almost everything you need. The managers, Bryan and Michael, and the maintenance, Jose, are all so helpful and responsive.

This apartment community has a very nice garden, well maintained with flowers and nice big trees. There is an outside fitness area with weights and stationary bikes, and a swimming pool. New apartment communities do not have such a nice and large garden. To maintain the garden, they are now using a new battery powered leaf blower which makes almost no noice. It is a big difference compared to gas powered leaf blowers and it is an advantage for working from home. Maintenance service is quick, friendly and simply great.

The building is old-fashioned but elegant. The neighbors are very nice, too. Sometimes they stand on their hands, and they are nice neighbors if you give them a casual greeting. Community facilities are also good The Lissing Office is always kind and nice.
