This review is for Andrew H who has performed multiple maintenance requests.. he is very prompt and efficient. Thanks to him issues with plumbing, the dishwasher, smoke alarm etc. have only been minor inconveniences that were taken care of speedily.
Tiny garage space and constant issues with the AC units! The management staff is usually slow in responding but, they could have done a much better job. Besides that, town houses are beautiful and the locality is pretty good. The neighborhood has a friendly cat, as well :)
I have lived here for several years now, and my experience has been wonderful. Anytime, I have a concern it is addressed right away. Dipna Arhi, our Neighborhood Director, and her staff provide genuine warmth during calls and interactions.
