Reserve at Mountain View Apartments

Current review is a 5 star rating. We haven't had many issues since living here. Where our unit is located has been pretty quiet. We have had to call maintenance a few times for some small concerns (Ants coming from cracks, random carpet beetles? We don't even have carpet and we keep a clean unit, loose screws, etc). We've met Ray and Omar from maintenance when we first moved in. Ray helped us with our move in process as one of the representatives were in a meeting. The apartment units do not have electrical outlets in the patio and there are no lights. We had to buy solar power lights but they can only shine light so much. There's weekly bug sprayers that come by, trash pick up I think is daily? (early in the mornings) I can't think of anymore things to add right now, but if I do I will

We’ve been living at this property for about 4 years. So far it’s been a great experience. Spacious units with really nice patio space. The two bedroom units are single story which feels much more private than previous apartments we’ve lived in. Also the maintenance team is the best! Ray, one of the maintenance staff, even brought one of our misdelivered packages straight to our door.

We've lived here comfortably and pretty safely for 3 years. As others have pointed out, Ray on the maintenance team keeps this place running smooth! He's always prompt, professional, kind and friendly. He will fix whatever problem has presented itself AND take the time to say hi to your dog. Things malfunction, it's a normal part of a home. But Ray gets things back to working order quickly- even if it's a weekend. I can't imagine this place without him here! Despite others' complaints, the rent here seems on par for the area. It was sort of mid-range when we moved in. Spacious storage wise and parking wise. Our unit was renovated before we moved in and it has held up relatively well. We had a small number of ants once. The complex has pest control here weekly anyway and they came by and

Ray and Alex provide great maintenance support. Our toilet was in a status that sort of working but not perfect. They did a very good job trying to solve the issue and fixed it perfectly.

Claudia assisted us in the last few days for the moving process. Very good attitude, positive, very willing to resolve any concerns, in general, the whole team took great care of us and were ready to help us. I don't speak English very well, and still, they arranged for a bilingual person to help us with our moving process. Thank you very much, excellent staff.
