To say we were disappointed in the accommodations at Deerview (Hocking Hills) is an understatement. The communication and response of the "Premier" host, despite our list of concerns was even more disappointing. The large pile of brush along the driveway (very unkempt). We discovered after several attempts that the entire door lock assembly had to be turned after the code was entered in order to get the doors to open. The entire cabin smelled like Sulphur (rotten eggs). There was a notation on the refrigerator that mentioned the smell and that it was something that happened occasionally and was mitigated (clearly, it wasn't resolved).
