Audubon Park Apartments

Unfortunately I’m no longer moving, but if I did I definitely would due to Paulina Ramirez great customer service. She was very professional and knowledgeable of her job. It was definitely an amazing experience because of her.

Paulina is very unprofessional and a liar. She told me that they were running a special and stated multiple times that I would be refunded my application fee if I was denied. Well I was denied and she said she would be emailing her boss to see when I should expect the funds back on my card. She ghosted me and when I called back she acted like she had no knowledge of ever telling me that. She has absolutely no shame.

Up until very recently I’ve had a great experience at this complex but recently people moved below me who party at 230am loudly leave garbage out in front of the stairs and the railings that has literally been there for a week when they moved in they left a mattress leaned against the garages for a week. We pay a premium to live where we do and things like this make it feel more like the hood than the beautiful place I moved into. I don’t know what to do but it’s stressing

Clean apartment near the airport, shopping centers, good location and the apartment is clean, fresh, pleasant to live in, parking, always a place to throw out the trash, everything is very organized, it has a pool and laundry, parks nearby and the schools are good

We are absolutely miserable living here. We get no peace from 8am until after 9pm. Place has cockroaches. People using the car wash at past 8.30pm blasting music and causing a huge disturbance. I will definitely be moving out of here once my lease is up. I have honestly never lived with a bunch of people who have absolutely no regard for their neighbours. We get told by the office to call the police but that doesn't resolve the issue. The next supposed neighbours pull up and the noise disturbance starts all over again. I'm so done with this place. I will be getting legal advice because I don't think we can stay here until October!!!
