Residence At Cooper Bend's rental cost is affordable than the current apartment complexes that's being built in the Charleston area. The property manager , Andrew , makes sure the property is clean and treat tenants with respect. Nice pedestrian walk near Residences at Copper Bend (excellent path for exercise). Love this apartment community👍🏽

I’ve lived in three separate units and all of the apartments are roach infested, flooded constantly, AC and heat were always broken, no hot water heater for a while, exposed wiring, mold infested, the list goes on. It’s so hard to get a repair man to fix any issues and every single problem is just fixed with a bandaid until it breaks again. The property managers are always extremely rude and there’s a lot of turnover so you’re never able to get a solution. One of the property managers tried to give us a 24 hour eviction notice because he said he didn’t like my attitude, which is illegal. And the attitude was about being moved to a THIRD new unit because our unit had no hot water and was flooded. I’ve had my things stolen from the shared laundry center even though there are signs saying it

Living here isn’t horrible. The area is pretty nice. They have a small park behind the apartment. You can grill and chill. The rent isn’t crazy expensive the apartments on the inside are fairly nice. They do have a roach issue but the company that has taken over the apartment complex is currently working on trying to remedy the situation for everybody. It’s not an easy situation to deal with and they are trying their best. It’s just extremely difficult to handle. The apartments have experience a change of ownership and I believe the things will start to improve around here. We also need better tenants
