I rented my apartment here sight unseen since I was living out of state at the time. I love living here and have had great experiences with the management and maintenance staff. Vita has been very quick to answer any questions! I love the windows and often have them open on crisp fall days.

I’ve been here just over a week, and the move-in process was honestly super easy from start to finish. Vita was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond, even working with me on her days off to make sure my application went through smoothly with the new software. She stayed on top of everything and worked with me every single day until it was done. The whole experience felt stress-free because of her, and I couldn’t be happier so far.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Vita, the property manager at Sedgefield Apartments, and I must say, she is truly exceptional! The application process was incredibly simple and straightforward, thanks to her prompt and professional communication. Vita is always available to address any questions or concerns, and she's always going the extra mile to ensure our complex is well-maintained and welcoming. I was impressed by her dedication to her job and her willingness to help with anything we need. We had a bit of a mishap and lost a set of keys in the complex, but Vita sprang into action and miraculously recovered them for us! I've been a resident of Sedgefield Apartments since 2019 and it is a nice and quiet and the manager Vita Poppinga is very attentive to the tenants needs if anything arises. I've never had any issues since moving here and Vita is very quick to respond when you have any concerns or repairs that are needed. Definitely recommend living here and it's definitely one of the better apartment complexes I've lived at in the past. Vita is very good in managing the property and id highly recommend living here if you're looking for a quiet place to live and a good property manager.

Was looking for affordable housing for my family and I and this one didn’t seem so bad based off the photos on the web. But once I got there n was shown the leasing office which is I guess the module for the apartments it looked disgusting like a prison cell. And I asked specific questions which wasn’t given clear answers to instead I got asked to come for a tour that wasted my time and gas. Lucy or whoever it was, was super weird, via email/phone she says one thing and in person another. Unpleasant experience.
