since renewing our lease we have been bombarded with eviction notices, grass needs to be cut (it was cut), patio items need to be removed (a grill, a smoker, and a table and chair set), trash in yard (a bad storm blew some stuff into our yard). and now im getting a notice saying that if i dont pull the weeds, i will be evicted by end of week. all they want is to break the lease so they can charge me fees, kick me out, spike the rent to what others are paying and up the rest of others rent on their next lease for "area price adjustment". we have been great tenants, no parties, no damage to home, clean cars and mow grass every two weeks. HORRIBLE CONSTRUCTION ALSO. its literally laughable. petty replies or no reply. didnt cut their "pond" for three months and i get harassed for weeds. what
Poor construction - roaches get in constantly. They tried withholding the security deposit for illegal charges.
Never picked up the phone and never emailed back after I moved in
