Complete mismanagement. The developer has used bait and switching tactics, as well as intimidation and threats when residents bring up valid concerns. Instead of working with the community, we are told to “move” If we don’t like it and called “babies” for not wanting rezoning. The community layout has mot met basic civil engineering standards. Have a pleasant walk with sidewalks that randomly end, with on street parking on narrow roads, blind corners and unsafe conditions. The conditions are so bad that the “watch for children” sign has even been destroyed by traffic.

What an awesome community. Waterfront at an affordable price. Everything I have been looking at has been over my budget. Plus all the community amenities. Also fascinated the historic back drop of the area.

The cottages are super cute and it is nice to see homes under $400000, so close to the center of things. They may not be large, but the community is awesome, and they are super pretty q

Beautiful Waterfront Village located in Hanahan. Close proximity to Downtown Charleston. Historic location located on the water with a new marina. Perfect for the water lover.

Beautiful Waterfront walkable community with new homes and rentals that come with nice amenities close to shopping and excellent dining options
