Villas by the Bay

Moved here 2 weeks ago. Office personnel were AMAZING in helping us through the process. Communication between us was awesome. The community is nice, well kept clean and tidy. Neighbors are friendly and help take part in making this a nice place to live.

I’ve lived here for over two years and we absolutely love it. The entire team is always attentive and welcoming. The property is well kept and quiet.

We LOVE it here. Leasing office ladies, Priscilla and Elizabeth, are so sweet, welcoming and SO helpful. Maintenance, Mason and Daniel, consistently wows us with their timing and quality of work. The comfort of knowing the complex cares about their units and their residents this much is something I haven’t experienced before. No bugs, no damages, and property is maintained weekly. The best!

I have been renting a one bedroom apartment here for a year now. Very peaceful and quiet place to live. No problems at all. Repairs/maintenance are done in a very timely manner. Office staff are helpful and friendly.

i have lived here a few years now, just felt like leaving a review. Very nice staff, if there is a issue or problem it gets handled very quickly. wonderful place to live.
