The Towers of Seabrook

I love our new place.We just moved in two weeks ago. Big thanks to Stephanie the manager she’s so sweet, kind, she a gem. I really love these things about my apt 1. The stove I love how it has a hot indicator so that I don’t burn my hands while cleaning the stove once food is done 2. No bugggssss.Not one bug I found at the towers so far. 3. The doors are heavy and ceiling tall , closets are spacious. 4. The jacuzzi tub I can relax after a busy day, bathroom is clean and beautiful by the way 5. They gave a welcome gift a cooler full of goodies( cooler is green on the kitchen counter). ❤️ and a little picture frame.Toilet paper in every bathroom with cute decor and a ribbon on the toilet seats.Everyone is extremely kind so far at the complex. Stay away from this place!! Living here was one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve ever had. They constantly fine residents for small things, nickel-and-diming you at every opportunity. It feels less like a community and more like a revenue machine. At move-out, we were charged $1,837 for “damages” that appeared to be nothing more than normal wear and tear. Before leaving, we paid a $500 cleaning fee because the wording strongly implied that using their service would help avoid additional charges. It didn’t. We were still hit with a massive bill. To make matters worse, the balance changed multiple times and clear itemization was not provided upfront. On multiple occasions, our AC went out for 5+ days in the middle of summer. We were told they would not fix it unless the apartment

We just moved in a few days ago and it a beautiful property. I love the effort that the maintenance and grounds staff puts in to keep the complex beautiful. All of my past apartments only focused on the leasing office, but this complex ensures all areas are clean. Parking is decent. I recommend that reserved parking spaces come with a tag or sticker so that violators are able to be spotted. The leasing consultants and management are very professional. I know every apartment will have noise issues, but so far, it has been quiet. Looking forward to living here.

If you’re considering living at Seabrook Towers Apartments, please be cautious and fully understand what you’re signing. After moving out, we were charged a mandatory $500 cleaning fee. Despite paying that, we did not receive our security deposit back. On top of that, we’ve now been told we owe nearly $2,000 in additional “damages” — including things like the oven allegedly being dirty — yet we haven’t been given clear explanations, documentation, or detailed justification for these charges. This has been extremely frustrating and discouraging. We left feeling blindsided by fees that were never clearly communicated as potential outcomes. I've lived at The Towers of Seabrook for almost 5 years now. I love my apartment, that goes without saying. The open concept makes it fairly easy for me to navigate around in my power wheelchair. That was very important to me when choosing an apartment to accommodate my wheelchair. I was pleased when all the staff worked together to make my unit as safe as possible for me. I love the view from my balcony. I'm right above the pond with fountains, which is such a peaceful sound. The pool is also beautiful to look at. Every person I've encountered in the Leasing Office or with Maintenance has been top notch. I will even say that Stephanie is the absolute best Leasing Manager I've ever had. It reflects in the staff she has at The Towers. I've just recently signed yet another lease. I'm sure I'
