Seaside Lodge at Chesapeake Bay Apartments

I went to look at an apartment and Linda the manager was very informative and was a joy talking to. The apartments are gorgeous. And the area is secluded which makes it more safe! First impressions are very important to me and relocating is kind of scary for me. I had to go back and I met Linda's supervisor which was also awesome! Thanks for answering all my questions and for y'all smiles! This is the place I really felt comfortable and safe. I hope to be a resident soon, very elegant Sr apartments.

Nice place to live. I hate the parking situation. Everything is uphill. Management Linda does good with all kinds of people. This is a non smoking facility but some residents don’t think that it matters. It does for seniors with breathing problems. Maintenance is really up on any situation. There are some nice residents here. I hope that you have a chance to come over and see for yourself. I’m sure you will find someone walking his or her dog to quiz about the SeaSide Lodge at Chesapeake Bay.

What kind of senior living makes there residents wake up at MIDNIGHT to log a visitors vehicle. As Someone whose literal job is property management this is absolutely wrong! Let’s be Realistic, here, our family members that live in senior living are going to bed quite Early and it is such an inconvenience and ridiculous for them to have to wake their self up at midnight to log a visitors vehicle. Some of our family members are disabled need medical attention, caregivers, and they only have four visitor spots at that. Thinking about reaching out to the Texas Apartment Association since I have a good contact there and see what can be done about this because I don’t believe that this is right for our elderly to have to do. Was Forced to give them $110 in cash for them to drop the vehicle whic

We absolutely love it here. It's very well maintained. The cameras everywhere are a definite plus. We feel extremely safe. So far everyone is following the rules. There's no dog poop on the grounds. The doggie bags are provided to the tenants. And every pet owner does there share. The ground are always maintained. They even do weekly trips to the grocery store. They have all kinds of fun stuff. Bingo, Doughnuts and coffee. Pot luck dinners. Because it's a small property. Everyone knows who you are. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy even changes our AC filters for us. The units themselves are very clean. No bugs of any kinds. That's a huge plus. I couldn't ask for a nicer place to live! I'm thinking I will die here. Lol... because I have no intention of ever lea

I have lived here since opening and like all apartments, there are pros/cons. My apartment is overall Great, Lakeview from a distance and all the firework displays. Location is safe, hidden off NASA Rd and convenient to variety of businesses. Linda(Property Manager) always polite, friendly and does what she can, to make things right. She is a benefit to this community.
