I have lived here over two years. Friendly management, quick on completion of requests and the complex is kept clean and manicured the best it can be. It is not a newer complex so of course there are going to be imperfections. However, they are constantly making upgrades and trying to keep up with facility needs. The woman complaining about mold will not let the maintenance staff into her apartment. You can’t fix the problem without access to do so. You are dealing with many residents on one property. There will always be unhappy people looking for something to complain about. You can’t please everyone in the world but I have never seen the management be unprofessional or felt unheard as a resident here. When comparing rental rates in this area.
