Teakwood at Seabrook Apartments

This is my third time renting and the best experience I’ve had by FAR! These apartments are priced very reasonably for how nice they are! Our leasing agent, Jenna, was so helpful & insightful throughout our whole application process. We hope to renew here next year! 💕

We were charged over $3000 to get out of our grossly over priced apartment. Our problems were valid & justified with no concern to repair/rectify... Below photos were a few of the problems we had. The tub was never properly set & supported so the bottom had just enough flex to cause the ceramic coating to crack and rust. A common practice is to "re-glaze" the tub. A very shoddy way to "re-glaze is to just paint it with oil based paint... See the pic of the tub and look closely at the peeling paint... Another problem we had was the back would flood every time it rained.. it's Seabrook, it rains almost every day... The maintenance guys would just drive thru the water on the golf cart like it was fun, but not clear the French drain. I had to walk barefoot out on multiple occasions. The staf

Definitely giving this apartment 5 stars. I am soon to be moving to these apartments coming up in March or April of 2022, hopefully working within budget wise. I narrowed down my search after looking around now for about two years. To be honest I should have made my move to this apartment last year in 2020 but my budget wasn’t right. But I am glad now I am looking ahead of time. Extremely great customer service coming from the Management team. I do have to thank Ms. Tristian for her work into helping understand the process of what they do. I have visited several apartments and was not impressed by the service but when I came to Teakwood it felt like it should. No gimmicks, straight and narrow with the information. Great looking apartments. But needs pesticide really bad near the pool area. Lots of ants. And the pool needs cleaning and the grill is broken. And the wooden porches should be break or stillborn instead of soft wood. Besides that these apartments have potential oh and the trash be overflowed like crazy. Side walk needs to be cleaned after car accident that happened like 3 weeks ago.

I’ve lived in a lot of apartments over the years, and I can honestly say this is by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had. The maintenance man, Vic, deserves special recognition—he came out on a Saturday during a holiday weekend to help me, and that kind of dedication is truly above and beyond. He was so kind and professional, and I felt completely taken care of. The front desk staff are incredible too—they ALWAYS go out of their way to help me with whatever I need. Their friendliness and consistency make such a difference in day-to-day living. Between the outstanding maintenance team and the welcoming front desk, this place really sets the bar high. I couldn’t recommend it more!
