I started working with Real Property Management Prestige about a year ago and I am so pleased with their service. Lori and Amanda have been great! They are very responsive to all my questions and I get answers to within the same day. Most importantly they can find tenants quickly. Last year they found a tenant for our condo in the Fall; not a easy task. Then after a year when the tenant left, they found another tenant immediately. They are very resourceful. They also took care of all inspections and prep. I highly recommend this company to manage your property!
Had the experience of using Michael as my buy side realtor and I couldn’t have been happier. He was thorough, brought an interesting perspective of the market to me and was very connected to current market conditions. If you’re looking for a local realtor or someone to manage your properties Michael with Real Property Management would be a fantastic choice.
DO NOT rent from them or let them manage your property. All 5 years were a nightmare, and the only reason we didn't leave sooner was because we were waiting on a job transfer that never happened, and the lease breaking fee was $3500. We had to wait two weeks to move in because the house was not ready when it was supposed to be. This almost made us lose the temporary housing money from our PCS move. I felt horrible for the homeowners because they were nice people, but RPMP did not maintain the home well at all. They hired the bottom of the barrel contractors, like roofers who took 3 1/2 days to put on the new roof, only to use old shingles with grit falling off and a ridge cap that was two different colors. They also ate lunch in my neighbor's yard and left their trash there, and left 15 lb
