Apollo Palms Apartments

I’ve had such a great experience living at Apollo Palms Apartments! The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything I need. The community is clean, well-kept, and has a really nice atmosphere. I even won a TV in one of their resident drawings, which was such a fun surprise! It’s clear they really care about their residents and make it a great place to live. Highly recommend!

Manager Yvonne and leasing consultant are One of the nicest customer service that I have experience in an apartment complex. They have made my home comfortable. I love the work that they’ve done to the place. It’s a must home to apply for.

Yvonne and Kaeli are both so helpful and informative. They helped us move in smoothly and they were kind through out the whole process. Would recommend these apartments!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience I visited this property today, and I was shocked by the condition and the service. The property looked dirty, the pool was green, and overall it didn’t feel well-maintained. The worst part was the customer service. Yvonne assisted us, or at least that’s what she was supposed to do, but she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She rushed the entire tour, mini rundown, stopped multiple times to answer the phone, and even put callers on hold while hurrying us out of the office. She provided almost no information about the property, didn’t offer any brochures or floor plans, and during the tour, she didn’t explain anything about the apartment. My father died at this apartment complex last month. His body wasn't found until 8/7 when fellow tenants said they hadn't seen him and noticed a smell. Police were called and his body was removed. The (assistant?) manager--a short, round brown-haired woman in her 40s and wearing glasses--called a company to clean up the apartment, particularly the smell, once my father's body had been removed. They were scheduled to come by on Friday, 8/8. That morning, before anyone had arrived, I called the complex to let them know that I was on my way to Houston and that, in the meantime, my sister would come by to go through his things and figure out what to do with everything. I was told that the manager would call me back ASAP to let me know how the process would work, but that nothing would be dest
