Village Gate at Knightdale

I’ve been living here for 3 months now and each day I’m glad I moved here. This was the last place I toured before I was going to take a break from apartments hunting and Andrew showed me my new place to call home. He is very knowledgeable about the area and has really good recommendations for almost anything I’ve had inquiries about. The staff here is very nice and friendly. I love that they have community events. I haven’t been able to go to one due to them being on my work days but they working on having one on my off day which makes shows how much they value you here. Highly recommend considering here to live as it grows.

I toured Village Gate over the holidays while visiting my family in Wendell Falls. I toured with my Son. Andrew gave us a complete tour of all the amenities and gave us an apartment tour as well. This was a top choice for me, in a move closer to family. Thank you Andrew.

I moved in approximately 2 months ago and I am thoroughly enjoying the property. The staff here is phenomenal and a special thanks to Jana, Millie and Mr. Keith. Also, I think my first visit was with I believe her name was Kristen a special thanks to her as well for her exceptional customer service. I really love my apartment but I do have one wish is the apartments had the Venetian or wood blinds especially being on the first floor. I don’t like curtains but had to put them up for privacy purposes. Other than that no complaints. Again the staff here is great and I love the apartment, thus far.
