I have personally worked with them through multiple homes (as a vendor) and will say they have one of the smoothest, and professional processes I have ever experienced. In recent years the building industry has weathered some very difficult times and we all had to learn new "normal", for lead times, pricing, and products etc. Herring has diligently worked with both their buyers and vendors to navigate each hurdle to complete some breathtaking homes. Herring Homes built my custom build in 2021 and did a fantastic job. To me, their attention to detail and time management skills set them apart. Instead of focusing on quality and standing behind their work, they seemed more concerned about rushing to closing than delivering a home built to last.
