As a resident of I could give them ZERO stars I would. The place was better when the previous company was in charge. The apartments are nice, but were cheaply built. I understand that it’s an apartment complex and noise is expected in a shared living space however there are some noises that we feel like we shouldn’t be able to hear through the walls and management (specifically Hailey) does nothing about it. They love to send threatening emails about so called “lease violations” with excessive noise being one of them yet despite the many complaints I’ve made with video footage provided nothing has been done to date. You are only allowed to have spectrum as your provider. They recently forced everyone into a new spectrum plan paying more money a month. There is constantly garbage around t
My tour was fantastic, and the apartments look very nice. I have friends who live here that absolutely love it, and have only great things to say about the new staff including front office and maintenance. Although I only interacted with the property manager Hailey - who was so nice and made me laugh constantly while remaining professional and very knowledgeable, and another woman at the front desk who was very polite and ready to assist with anything I needed; they were extremely welcoming and helpful, as I also got to see them assisting other residents while I was onsite. I asked a few of the residents I ran into about their experience, as that's the best way to get a real insight and they also said they love living here, with the general feeling that things are also improving over recen
The staff in this office demonstrate a lack of professionalism and respect. Their behavior suggests they are unwilling to assist customers when inquiries are made. During my recent call, I sensed that the employee, who I believe is named Erica, was reluctant to answer my questions and appeared dismissive. She advised me to visit the website and communicate with an AI, which I found unhelpful, as I preferred to speak directly with a person. Her attitude was quite unpleasant. This was not the first time I encountered her; I recall assisting someone with moving in there, and her demeanor was similarly unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed in this property. When I first moved here, it was still called Element at the Grove. Now it is under new management and a headache. Granted, I live on the first floor so pest were expected but not as many as I am receiving. At first it was one or two crickets that I immediately mentioned to the leasing office. Then it became 10-20 crickets in my apartment causing frustration because there was no urgency in finding out where they were coming from. I expressed my opinions on where I thought but still no one cared to follow up. Now I am finding mice in my apartment and that was after they decided to drill deep down where the water pipes are. Honestly, one star is too much. The place was great before it was bought by the new company, it quickly went to absolute hell. Mountains of trash, horrible management. Thankfully I moved out a few months after things really went south there after they were purchased by the new company, and I finally got my security deposit which is completely wrong and they charged me for an early termination fee which I went in twice to fill out the paperwork and make sure that it was done properly at the end of my lease so that wouldn't happen, and then they still charge me for it and keep my money. I don't know if they're doing it on purpose or it's incompetence.
