The Lawson of Knightdale

Apartment Manager Aretha was wonderful as she gave my mom and I a tour of The Lawson apartments. Aretha knew everyone by name and everyone greeted her so warmly. That says a lot about her and how happy and welcoming the residents are. The apartments are beautiful and the entire building is welcoming. I truly feel like the Lawson would be perfect for my mom.

I love coming to the Lawson of Knightdale hair salon. My hairstylist Keyshia has been doing my hair now for years and she is one of the best of the best. I have been coming faithfully because I know when I leave, my hair will be top tier. Not only is she a beautiful soul, hospitable and welcoming, she is an expert in her craft. Book with her if you need your crown blessed! <3

Moving to The Lawsons has been on of the best decisions I've made. It truly feels less like an apartment building and more like a vibrant neighborhood. There is always something to do, from the morning tea and coffee chats, game night, pickleball, lunch and learn, pot luck, exercise, yoga,and a host of other activities. I love that I have my own private, modern space, but a whole community of friends just outside my door. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff. The management is incredibly attentive and the maintenance staff is prompt and professional. It's such a relief to live in a place where the staff genuinely cares for you. This is the perfect place to stay active and social at your own pace.

On February 11, 2026, Aretha took me and my husband on the tour at The Lawson of Knightdale. I have never been on such a detailed tour. She showed and explained everything to us very clear and exciting. This was the best apartment tour ever. We can not wait to move in. Thank you Aretha.

I delivery here everyday and the staff is always welcoming me as I enter the building. Very friendly and professional. Aretha is always willing to help if I need help in finding a resident’s apartment. Great place.
