Lila is an outstanding real estate agent. She went above and beyond during the process of buying and selling my homes. This is a stressful time for anyone, but Lila made the process as smooth as possible and alleviated that stress. Lila Martin handled all aspects of the recent sale of our home and did an outstanding job. Initially a neighbor asked if they could rent the home for a short time and Lila performed a service not generally performed by a sales representative by contacting the neighbor and preparing an agreement, however the neighbor eventually decided not to rent. Lila aided us in recommending painting and repair contractors to make the house ready for sale. My wife and I are disabled so Lila arranged meetings such that we had minimum traveling, even going so far as to have a notary come to our residence for document signing.
