I am overall happy living here. The community feels safe and my neighbors are generally quiet, respectful, and courteous. The office staff are very responsive, friendly, and communicate well. Any time I have reached out, they have been helpful and professional. Maintenance has also been great. Work orders are handled quickly and they do a good job of communicating, especially if there is ever a delay. I appreciate that they follow up instead of leaving residents guessing. The property is pet friendly, which is a big plus, and there is a nice walking area around the community. My main concern is cleanliness around the property, especially in the staircases and grounds. Had a tour scheduled and confirmed. We were super excited to see the property but then the office staff member made us just sit waiting for 30 minutes. We got tired of waiting and finally left, couldn’t even find the guy to tell him we were leaving. I understand why residents cite poor management practices.

There's pros and cons. We love the area and location, and the apartment itself works great for us right now and is a great price. But we live on the second floor and we see roaches in our apartment basically every week now....not just inside but we see them outside in the parking lot too. Makes you very self conscious when people come to visit because you're not sure if a roach will pop out randomly...and we are clean people. They just aren't doing a good job keeping bugs out. People leave trash out in the grass frequently as well as dog poop. Not sure who's doing it, but there will be days where I have no complaints, and then days where we find a roach in our bathroom and living room and then see trash laid out all over the grass. Update 8/6/24 - now the knob to compact trash is broken. Still piling up and adding issues vs improving. Consistently promising to resolve with no action. ….. Disgusting. Property is always a mess. Trash dumpsters stay on overflow and parking lots with beer cans, food containers, bags and more throughout. The response is always we are working to improve instead of bringing back someone to manage the grounds vs adding onto the already overworked maintenance team. Check THOROUGHLY before moving in and opting for the “Platinum” vs “Deluxe” rate. See pic of “Premium” paint example and other areas to check before moving in. Ask for a deadbolt too, one lock is not secure.

Great place to live. The property managers display urgency and great customer service. The maintenance team is also always very responsive. The property is A+++ in the two years I’ve lived here there have been several upgrades, renovations and improvements. The apartments are also very nice, quiet and spacious. Definitely would recommend
