I had been in my 3-bedroom single-family home for approximately 16-years and desired to downsize resulting from an empty nest. I was no longer occupying the full house once my children had moved on with their lives. I had an initial consultation with TRG over lunch regarding my future plans; next, a walkthrough of my home; then, a plan was set into action.
