There are a few aspects to our experience so far and I’ll this them below: 1) safety - 2 stars. There were car windows broken of our neighbor who had a car parked in the gated parking. Our car was ok, but as I understood - it was not the first time. Also there were break-ins in the storage that residents pay for additionally. Ah yes - you pay additionally for mail room, parking, storage, bicycle parking - for every little thing :) be ready for that. 2) pricing - 1 star. After living for a year at the complex, the price of our apartment on the Verve website was listed $500 lower than the “special offer” we received closer to our end of leasing period. So I guess the management motivates people to frequently move around rather than stick with the complex. Disappointing. 3) Amenities - 4 s

10/10 recommend living here. The property is amazingly maintained, so quiet, and a great location. The staff is also amazing. Between the leasing office and maintenance crew they are always ready to help as soon as you need it. They’re so fast to respond. I’ve lived here for 2 years now and honestly I have no plans of moving out anytime soon. I always hear horror stories about apartment complexes and I haven’t had a single bad experience here since I’ve moved in.

Upscale apartment located on Main Street off El Camino in Mountain View. Got great amenities, conference room, and meeting room. Great hospitality from apartment staff, feel very welcoming!

Its hard for a tenant to truly like an apartment community. There is always something that doesn't work out. Here too, there are shortcomings especially w.r.t. the rent and annual increases. But the place is still a good in all other aspects. Well maintained and good location. Layout inside is nice and the common areas are nice, clean, well-lit and cared for. Tony and Drake in the front-office and sincere and warm. I like that they know me by name and are super helpful. The office organizes a few events around the year like a brunch or paint-n-sip event or Halloween party etc. with great decorations and lots of food and drinks.

Terrible experience living here. I do not recommend this apartment complex. 1. They charge extra for everything. A $50 late fee applies even if your rent is just a few days late. 2. Parking is a mess. EV parking was unavailable for a full week while the charger was being fixed. 3. Package pickup fees. If you don’t collect your package within 3 days, you’re charged extra. 4. Common area reservations cost $200/hour. That includes the lobby or townhouse. Maintenance is a nightmare. – The elevator broke five times after I moved in. – When the power went out, the garage door couldn’t be opened manually, leaving all residents trapped inside the building. – The garage still leaks water, and my apartment has experienced two separate water leaks. Unfriendly and rigid management. There’s no advanc
