Vernon Pines Apartments

Horrible place to live in. Maintenance and Property Manager sucks. My apartment flooded and the manager kept giving me the run around only showed me apartments that I did not want to move to. Please do not rent any apartments there especially unit 1C . That unit is not legal to rent out but they still try to put tenants in there. It's a nightmare. I would not want anyone to go through the depression that I went through when I lived there. STAY OUT!!!!

Horribly managed and lack of consistency. Bart of Vernon Pines ahas no idea what he is doing and relaying false information. They will on communicate through calls or text had the audacity to question why we would want to pull out from the property. We told him because the last part of verification which is a simple call to my previous landlord and my employer (both were available all day and were reachable) yet no call was made, in fact, BART lied and said, “they called but most likely no one answered”. How could my wife’s boss miss the call if she was next to him ON SHIFT the entire time. The worst part is management is allowing it to happen even though I have clear proof of text messages and recordings stating how the deposit is refundable and how Bart said we have to 1months security w

Units are way over priced for size . No extras for price . Management is no where to be found . Has been over a month since lawn was last cut , trash all over bin area , you get the "landlord" special here , slap on paint and call it remodeled lol . Tenants allow dogs to poop all over with no one picking up after , even with provided stations . The town needs to look into this property . Very poorly managed and takencare of . One star at best !!!!! Do nothing but they will sure raise that rent and do zero in return !!

I have not lived here but I had a tour scheduled for 4pm today. When we got there there was no one at the office to meet us, and after calling the agent they told us the show units were simply unlocked and that we could walk in and take a look. The first one we walked in to was DIRTY and reeked of rotting fish, the second one we looked at was not much better so we decided to leave very quickly. Horribly rude and a waste of our time. Do not recommend working with these people at all.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!! My fiance and I applied for an apartment the first week in August. The manager said that the apartment would be available by 09/05, so we put a deposit down to secure it. They were doing some remodeling and pushed our move-in date to 09/15, which we were fine with. Although, after receiving a video of the apartment, it was completely finished! When the date of move-in came, the management claimed that we didn't have a complete application, despite the fact that we did. They demanded more applications for proof of income. So we ended up spending $100 in application fees, despite the fact that the combination of income by all applicants was over $300k, they would not approve us.
