Veridian at Clear Lake

Do Not Move Here. If you have children, I strongly urge you to look somewhere else. I lived at Veridian at Clear Lake from March 2024 to February 2026, and it was one of the most frustrating living experiences I’ve ever had. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because I needed somewhere to live at the time. From the beginning, the apartment was poorly maintained and clearly outdated, yet they charge “luxury” level rent for units that are far from it. There was paint splattered all over the kitchen cabinets, uneven flooring, and obvious signs that the apartment had been cheaply patched up instead of properly maintained. Even worse, there was mold in the air vents and bathrooms, which is extremely concerning when you have a child living in the home breathing that air every day.

Veridian at Clear Lake is a well-managed and beautifully maintained community. Shout out to the staff, Amber, Tracee and Alejandro 😁The staff is outstanding—always professional, welcoming, and attentive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication is excellent. Living here has been a great experience thanks to such a dedicated team.

This was my first ever apartment alone and I can’t think of a better place to have stayed the last 15 months. If you are thinking of a place that is affordable, clean and close to the things you need, look for no other place. My apartment was on the second floor, so outside of a few water bugs, which are normal in Houston, I didn’t see any roaches while I lived here. My maintenance requests were always fulfilled within the same day (air conditioning and disposable). The leasing office was always very prompt with responses and kept things professional, the neighbors stick to themselves and it is a very quiet place. If I was the nitpick on anything, the towing company that patrols is vicious, so just make sure you and your guests are completely registered and you won’t have any issues. T

The response is a lie. the apartment that was shown to me was not the one give to me. I didn't see this apartment until after I signed for the one yall said I would get. I can prove that in email. and I was never given the option to end the lease only switch to another crummy apartment for MORE money because you all only had 4 renovated styles that yall were showing everyone and had on the website. THIS IS PREDATORY. I have all the emails. Absolutely everything I have here has been brought up to you, there are receipt numbers for them. I have that in emails too. attempting to contact you before going to small claims court has also been attempted but yall decided to return the mail. I have the postal receipts for that too. Yall also sent a bunch of men into my apartment for an inspection,

My boyfriend and I recently moved to the Veridian at Clear Lake. From viewing, to signing papers, to our 100 questions, they helped with it all! The grounds are clean, parking is easy to find, trash valet is always on time, our neighbors are quiet and thoughtful. The staff is always friendly and responds quickly. Pablo even welcomed us day 1, letting us know how he strives to keep the area clean! We definitely recommend Raquel to help you with making Veridian your new home!
