My car was stolen from the parking garage yesterday, and the leasing-staff’s response was shockingly indifferent. A vehicle theft occurred on the property, yet the leasing office showed zero urgency, concern, or empathy. Both in person and over email, the response was cold, dismissive, and purely procedural. In a moment where resident safety should have been taken seriously, management made it very clear that they simply did not care. What makes this even worse is that this is not our first experience with a crime here. Two years ago, when our car was broken into, the previous leasing team responded with concern and compassion. I’ve attached screenshots showing the stark contrast. The drop in professionalism and basic human decency is alarming. The parking garage gate has also been broke

I truly enjoyed my stay at Verde East and I’m leaving with zero regrets. Over time, the management team has changed—property managers, assistant managers, and consulting staff—but every single person I interacted with was wonderful. Imir may have moved on, but I’ll never forget how he always prioritized my concerns and made me feel valued. Brooke, the first property manager I met when I moved in back in 2023, was also incredibly sweet. And Gina, the current assistant property manager, has a heart of gold. She is always ready to help, goes above and beyond, and genuinely cares about residents. I haven’t met a single person who had anything negative to say about her. Her kindness will take her far in life. Lamar, the maintenance technician assigned to my unit, was always prompt and reliabl

I’ve lived at Verde East for almost two years now, and things have truly gone downhill under the new management team. My car has been broken into TWICE in the parking garage. Under the previous management, the situation was handled professionally—they were supportive and immediately offered to share garage camera footage with the police for my report. However, when my wife recently spoke with someone from the new management team (her name was Dina or Gina) she was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. When asked if they could provide the footage for the police, she responded, “I don’t see what the point would be because hundreds of cars go in and out of the garage.” This made no sense considering it was for investigational purposes. Her demeanor was rude and unprofessional, especially

Erin and Manii in the office have been absolutely amazing. They are both very kind, patient, and professional. Anytime I had a question through email they responded almost instantly. You can tell they really care. I switched the apartment I was interested in a couple of times and they did it with no issue. Also the complex is sooo nice! The apartment itself is very modern and beautiful. Check them out, I had a great experience.

We've been living at Verde East for four years now, and over that time we've seen quite a few changes, especially in the leasing office staff. When we first moved in, the office team was incredible: professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been consistent lately. While there are still moments of kindness, interactions at the leasing office can really vary depending on the day, which makes it a little uncomfortable to stop by sometimes. One change that’s been disappointing is how packages are handled. They used to be safely kept at the leasing office, but now they’re left in the mailroom, which has raised concerns about security and potential theft. Despite these concerns, I want to be very clear about something: the maintenance team is
