Lawyers Hill Apartments

I have lived here for 5 months and in this time I have witnessed kids getting bullied by teens, bikes stolen and unfortunately two nights ago my car was broken into, there was nothing in my car and I have the wheel bar so I feel it was just plain ignorant vandalism, they busted my window and broke my car door handles, this is not the first instance in this neighborhood. Two of my neighbors have had their vehicle vandalized and one had his stolen. There is no safety measures here. Maybe get some cameras, lights or night time security to patrol the neighborhood. There is a serious drug issue as well. If you are looking for a safe family friendly place to move, this is not it.

If your looking for a place to move to this is not the place to look.Its not a safe place to move to, reasons why cars are broken into just about every night and the leasing office is doing nothing about it and there is a lack of concern from them. Cars are being stolen as well not just being broken into.The leasing office is not working with Howard County police to have them on the property at this point there should be a subdivision for them to be on the property at all times so that this property will have police presence on scene.They don’t have security on as well they are not improving the the quality of life here. The parking lot is beyond dark and this just breeds criminal activities , there’s always people that don’t live here and inside the building doing drugs and using the buil

I am not the one who decided to move here, and I have hated it pretty much since I moved in many years ago. I would have moved out many months ago if not for the pandemic messing up my plans. What triggered me to write this review was finding out that the current starting rent price for the 1-bedrooms is $1,400/month and for the 2-bedrooms is $1,500/month (not including the $25/month pet rent), which is absurd for a place with no recreational/fitness amenities besides a tiny playground, no washer/dryer in the apartments, and kitchens with not brand-new appliances. I would say the 2-bedrooms are at most worth $1,200 a month purely because of a pretty good location in Howard County. I am not sure how they are getting anyone to move here with those prices because there are plenty of other muc

I lived here for 3yrs & I must say that my overall experience was great, maintenance take care of things promptly. The Property manger Ms.Thompson and Ms.Lana was amazing, very helpful. I would’ve stayed if they had washer and dryer inside apartments!

I would say it's a good starting apartment, the rooms are fairly sized but the walls are a bit thin so noisy neighbors can become very obnoxious very fast. Having two bedrooms and a living room is nice as you could put a fold out couch, fitting a lot of people in one apartment. Theres also small balconies to decorate and put plants on if wanted.
