Ryan Homes at Elkridge Crossing

My experience with Ryan home was great. Lori and Kate was phenomenal from the beginning to the end . They worked harder than any sales consultant whom I have ever worked with. Both Lori and Kate are versed with all stages needed to purchase a home. Ryan home is very transparent from the beginning to the end. I enjoyed walking through the house and see each stage of completion. I will recommend Lori and Kate to anyone anytime , they are so sweet, and very accommodating. For me personally, Ryan Home is the best Builder.

Nice place, but if you have one built, ensure you pay a reputable inspector to monitor the entire construction process. The unit I'm familiar with, the drywall crew neglected to use tape...they only mudded over the seams. Of course they all cracked and required paying a professional to come in and do the job properly. Because taping isn't required by code, there was no resolution with the property sales representative. Otherwise, I'm impressed with the unit and the area.
