RiverWatch Apartments I & II

I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my lease since March, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. I moved out and completed all the required paperwork, including a notarized authorization for my sister to handle the process on August 31, yet the leasing office claims they “lost the paperwork.” I no longer live at this property, but my name is still attached to the lease. Despite calling every single day, my calls are either ignored, disconnected, or I’m hung up on. Emails have also gone unanswered. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property if this is how they handle tenant issues, imagine what it’s like when you really need help.

I applied for this community on Sept 2024. I paid the application fee. To date, I have received no response. I have called multiple times and still no communication. I would like to be contacted and my money returned. If you are not going to even process my application than why would you take my money?

The lady from the office called me we set an appointment for 10 am just to waste my time I called two different numbers left a message and emailed there a sign that says ring the doorbell that not there so I’m knocking on the door someone came out the office turn right back around and left me standing outside I stood outside in the heat for 20 minutes I was on time for my appointment. The people in the office refused to answer the door and phone.

I Have never lived here so this review is strictly for the leasing office. I have been trying to schedule a tour of this facility for 2 weeks because their website shows they have 2 available units. I originally emailed them to schedule and then tried to call the office for a week, leaving my number for a call back 3 times. eventually I filled out the application online hoping someone would reach out, 1 week later and still no response and it seems this may just be a scam to collect application fees. I highly recommend not applying online unless you enjoy wasting money, they are impossible to get in contact with and you will not hear back from them.

My wife and I stopped by for a tour While in Maryland looking to relocate for her job. We were very impressed with this community. The units were spacious had a lot of closet space. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They made us feel right at home. The community manager was such a delight and she was able to answer all of questions. Overall the community was very beautiful but it didn’t have many activities for our children who are 13 and 16. We didn’t move their because the commute was still 90 min from my wife’s job. However it’s still on our list of top 5 apartments.
